My Child's Bookshelf offers the following Returns Policy: We are committed to providing the highest quality products and service to our customers, but we understand that occasionally unforeseen problems can arise. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will either replace your books (if available) or refund your payment, which ever you prefer. That's it. No restocking fees, no time limit, no qualifiers. If you're not happy, neither are we.
